Three Reasons to Take an RV to Coachella

ConstructionReports.com founder Brad Blaicher is an entrepreneur with a strong background in sales. Brad Blaicher owns OnSite Temp Housing, which is the largest recreational vehicle (RV) temporary housing business in the country. He sells RVs to federal contractors working on disaster projects and production companies renting them out at festivals like Burning Man and Coachella.

Here are three reasons to hire an RV for Coachella next year:

1. Expanded offsite camping options. Many nearby off-site resorts are RV friendly. They include Indian Waters RV Resort, Hits RV Park, Emerald Desert RV Resort, and Sky Valley RV Resort. Many of these resorts also have additional amenities like shuttle services to the festival, wi-fi, game rooms, swimming pools, and hot tubs which can spice up your experience.

2. Better sleep. Camping onsite is not for someone who loves sleep. The tents are not comfortable and temperatures can remain high at night because you are in the desert. You’ll want to remove clothing to stay cool, but you won’t have much privacy. An RV will give you shade, privacy, and you’ll be somewhat insulated from the noise outside.

3. Good nutrition. While there are many food offerings in nearby towns, you’ll want good nutrition to power you throughout the long music and dance festival. An RV equipped with cooking facilities will make that possible.

An Innovative, IT Outsourcing Approach With ConstructionReports.com

Coding inPhoto by Goran Ivos on Unsplash

Brad Blaicher is an established presence in the Phoenix, Arizona, community who guides OnSite Temp Housing, providing RV temporary housing solutions for planned events and natural disasters. Focused on innovation, Brad Blaicher also has experience cofounding ConstructionReports.com, Inc., which employed a cost-saving, technology-driven approach and was successfully sold in 2017.

As reported in Forbes in 2010, the startup built on Mr. Blaicher’s past experience running IT for a construction data publisher. With ConstructionReports.com, one of his core aims was to establish an enterprise that did not have an IT department, as infrastructure had progressed to a point where IT facets operations did not need to be handled in house.

In enabling subscribers to search and browse through recent construction activity reports, the firm did not rely on its own database administrators and programmers. Instead, it made use of the web-based database administration, publishing, and design tool Caspio.

A rapid-application development tool that employed cloud computing principles before that was a common term, Caspio allowed Mr. Blaicher’s company to utilize JavaScript on the web page to publish database applications from content hosted on the Caspio servers. This allowed him to outsource technical burdens while publishing database content created by in-house reporters.

This efficient approach to sales data gathering and dissemination allowed his company to allocate resources that would otherwise have gone toward web development to areas such as sales and marketing, and producing quality content.

Top-Rated Golf Courses in Greater Phoenix

Away from his career as a Phoenix business leader, Brad Blaicher stays physically active through several outdoor pursuits, including golf. The Phoenix region is home to a number of quality courses where golfers such as Brad Blaicher can play. The best of these include:

- Quintero Golf Club

Attracting visitors with a picturesque layout that winds through the surrounding Hieroglyphic Mountains and Sonora Desert, the club is located approximately 45 minutes outside of Phoenix in Peoria. Quintero has garnered recognition as Arizona’s best public golf course.

- Ak-Chin Southern Dunes

Designed by Fred Couples, this links-style course stretches across 320 acres on the Ak-Chin Indian Reservation. Golfers making the 25-mile trip from Phoenix play on especially hazardous greens while avoiding more than 100 bunkers.

- TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course

This course boasts an open layout that has made it a favorite among professional players. For those reluctant to pay the $300 green fee, the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course offers a less expensive but still highly rated option.
