As owner of the Phoenix, Arizona-based OnSite Temp Housing, Inc., Brad Blaicher leverages more than two decades of combined experience in business management and tech infrastructure to help grow the company. Under Brad Blaicher's leadership, OnSite Temp Housing is the largest RV temporary housing business in the United States. It provides park model travel trailers to companies operating in the insurance and construction sectors, and is also a client of Coachella, to which it has provided more than 40 trailers per year since 2016.

In addition to his executive role with OnSite Temp Housing, Brad Blaicher is the co-founder of ConstructionReports.com, which, since 2010, he has grown to achieve a customer base in excess of 575 with more than $750,000 in annual sales.

Prior to his interest in the construction and temporary housing industries, Mr. Blaicher was the owner of MACPRO Software Partners, which provided cost accounting and manufacturing shop floor software to medium and large-sized companies. He previously held executive-level roles with CDC Publishing and began his career as a sales representative with Montesquieu, a boutique wine brokerage and distribution company in San Francisco, California.

Mr. Blaicher holds a bachelor's degree in Latin American affairs from Rollins College and completed management programs at the University of Michigan and Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
